Privacy policy
This policy explains how SyncNode Studio handles personal data in connection with the use of this website.
Effective: 7 August 20262. Data collected through this website
The website currently has no contact form, user account, newsletter, advertising profiling or web analytics system. If you contact the studio by email, we process the information you include (for example your name, email address and message) so that we can respond to your inquiry.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Email inquiries are processed to respond to the request and, where relevant, to take steps at the request of a person before entering into a contract. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, or, for general business inquiries, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on the controller’s legitimate interest. Technical security and troubleshooting data is processed where necessary for the secure operation of the website.
4. Cookies and local storage
The website currently does not use analytics, marketing or advertising cookies. Language and display preferences may be stored in your browser’s localStorage; this is not a cookie and is not transmitted to the controller. Cloudflare may process technical data and logs to provide secure and reliable hosting, in accordance with its own privacy documentation.
5. Retention
Email business inquiries are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the communication and any related contractual, accounting or legal claims. The period depends on the nature of the matter; where no further retention ground exists, data is deleted or anonymised.
6. Processors and recipients
Email service providers and the website hosting/CDN provider may access technical or communication data to the extent necessary to provide their services. The website does not sell personal data or provide it to marketing databases.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests.
